Class Descriptions:
Cardio X-Train is an awesome workout that combines cardio (usually kickboxing or bootcamp type drills), plyometrics, and core work.
Contemporary/Lyrical dance is a blend of jazz, ballet, and/or modern dance. It generally begins with a warm-up which concentrates on core strength and endurance and progresses to either center work or across the floor, and ending with a combination.
Hip Hop: A high energy class that uses the latest Rap, R&B, and Pop music together with movements influenced by some of today’s hottest video choreographers. Hip hop class encompasses movement that has elements of poppin', locking, breaking, dance hall, funk, as well as freestyle movement to give students the opportunity to develop their own sense of style. Get into shape with this hip hop class! Get your booty shakin’ and learn hot grooves in this challenging class.
Jazz dance has been a favorite form of dance for many years. All classes focus on both classic and current styles of jazz, while keeping emphasis on technique, center, and placement. The style of a jazz class will be determined by the teacher and may include musical theatre, high energy, or stylized jazz. Classes integrate the fundamentals of ballet for proper technique, while using current music and movements. Most classes begin with a warm-up and progresses to across the floor with emphasis on turns and leaps, and ends with a jazz combination.
Turns and Leaps is an hour class that concentrates on turns and leaps technique. Students will learn the proper mechanics to progress to the next level. All levels are welcome.

You will also learn to incorporate sharp, hard, and strong movements using elements of jazz, hip hop and modern dance. Learn the importance of stage presence, body awareness, and self-confidence in this high impact, high intensity class. Urban Jazz also uses progressions and break down of various steps and leaps and turns. This gives students the chance to learn great dance moves, develop an urban dance style and boost confidence. Each class involves learning a warm-up and core workout, progressions, and a dance routine, set to popular music. Take your love of jazz dance to the next level.
Tap: Classes incorporate the classic steps of tap dancing while adding a fresh approach to choreography. Dancers learn to coordinate rhythm, agility, and musicality to execute clear tap sounds and movement.
