SPRING 9 week Turns and Leaps Class (Tuesdays 6-7pm begins Feb. 21st) - $72.00

POLICIES
1. All classes are considered open.
2. A Class Card is for a specified number of "open" classes, and will expire at the end of each session.
3. Payment is due BEFORE taking class and can be made in cash, by check, Mastercard or Visa.
4. All dancers must fill out a registration form BEFORE taking class.
5. No extensions, transfers, credits or refunds.
6. We do not notify individual dancers when a teacher becomes unavailable to teach class. We will try to have a substitute teacher if possible.
7. Dancers must be registered and paid in order to take a class.
8. Class counts will be made 10 minutes into class. Anyone who has not paid or registered, will be asked to pay at that time or will be asked to leave.
9. Dancers must sign-in before each class.
10. Dancers arriving more than 10 minutes late to class must have the permission of the teacher to join the class.
11. Dancers must be 16 or older to attend classes.
12. No food, drinks, or gum allowed inside the studios. Water is the only exception.
13. Turn off cell phones while in class.
14. Observers may watch from the lobby area. They are not allowed on the studio floor.
15. Camera, video recorders, and camera phones are restricted at all times.
16. Point B Dance is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Please take care of your personal belongings.
17. All accidents and injuries must be reported immediately.
18. Point B reserves the right to deny class to any individual.
19. Loitering is prohibited.
20. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER – Point B Dance, a Streamline Inc. corporation, as well as employees and teachers are not liable for personal injuries or loss of, or damage to personal property. Each student may decline to participate in any activity. Please inform the teacher of any personal limitations you may have. If you have any doubt to your physical abilities, please consult with your physician before participating.
