A dance class and a therapy session combined with Candice - a KU Master's student in counseling psychology. The class will focus on some emotion processing and personal strengths building dance exercises. Then learn a little hip hop combo at the end to boost your mood! Dress how you feel comfortable and bring tennis shoes!
